Jamie Killough has been part of the GMR family of services since formation in 1991. Jamie has served first-hand in almost every aspect of GMR, including Chief Executive Officer and President of the parent entity. She makes it her priority to maintain and build upon the good name of GMR. Jamie’s passion revolves around the cultural foundation of the company which is the heart of all GMR operations. Her focus is on establishing a strong foundation and structure for services and solutions that bring the most value to clients. She has a desire for cohesiveness through clear communication, process refinement through solution strategies, numbers, and proper resource allocation for work-life balance.
Jamie is a graduate of Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Jamie loves spending quality time with her husband and children, her church, living life through various youth sports, eating Mexican food and taking as many trips as possible as a family.
Glade M. “Mike” Ross

GMR 410, LLC is a natural outcome of Mike’s nearly fifty years in the public safety and private sector. Beginning in 1970, Mike served as an undercover police officer with the Honolulu Police Department, ultimately moving through a successful career as Firefighter, Paramedic, Arson Investigator, Fire Marshal, and Community Emergency Preparedness Administrator. In 1985, Mike moved into the large Financial Institution Physical Security/Life Safety Management space and developed an enterprise-wide Life Safety Program. He has been directly responsible for managing physical security, key personnel protection, contingency planning, and ATM customer safety standards program development.
In his spare time, Mike is a Bible study leader and works in Marketplace Missions. Other personal interests include spending time with his family, cycling, transpacific yacht sailing, cooking for friends and traveling.
Vice President, Security
Mary Gates has 35 years in corporate security management including 24 years with JPMorgan Chase & Co., a leading global financial institution. Her background includes leading investigations, physical security and project management, serving as a nationwide security manager, development, implementation and oversight of security training programs for branch staff and security department personnel, managing internal security risks and control programs. She also consults on security policies, procedures and standards, develops and implements security QA programs, and has served as security officer program compliance manager.
Mary is a recognized international guest speaker, presenting on topics including Active Shooter, Security Officer Management, Disaster Recovery and Financial Security Innovation during conference sessions at ASIS, ABA Risk Management and the Ligue Internationale des Societes de Surveillance. She previously served on the American Bankers Association Security Committee and the Briefing Advisory Board and currently serves as an Advisory Member on the ASIS Banking and Financial Services Counsel. Mary is a Certified Financial Services Security Professional (CFSSP) and a Certified Homeland Protection Associate (CHPA-III). She also currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Take 2 Ranch, Inc. and is a member of the International Public Safety Association, Institute for Defense and Government Advancement, Global Society of Homeland and National Security Professionals, National Sheriffs Association, ASIS and ATMIA.
Wally Cornwell joins GMR 410, LLC as Security Consultant, building upon 19 years of experience in business development and operations management in the corporate security industry. Wally has extensive knowledge in security operations management, overseeing more than 200 employees, creating and maintaining employee training and development programs, and leading teams of security professionals in service delivery of security projects. His previous experience includes senior level roles working with leadership teams on HR projects, P&L management and day-to-day operational responsibilities. In his role at GMR, Wally’s goal is to identify and build key partnerships and programs for new clients through relationships built on integrity and trust. He is a true professional who strives to clearly understand his clients’ needs and desired outcomes before laying out a strategy and recommending solutions to achieve program success.
While not at work, Wally enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, working out, outdoor activities and woodworking.
